Part 1 features some amazing covers plus a special bonus track: the original version of Talk , which ended up on the internet somehow way back in 2005 (apparently). Maybe you've heard it before, maybe not, but for me I had no idea it even existed until I found it while preparing this set. Pretty good, it has grown on me and I like it as much as the final version. I'm curious to find out from other fans what they think of it so feel free to leave your feedback in the comments section. Part 2 (mashups) is planned for next week and then Part 3 (remixes) follows a week after that. Hello hello! It's been a rough week and sadly the "action" continues this week too. We've been experiencing back to back power cuts because the transformer for our area is facing some trouble. The power company is aware of the issue and my hope is they are currently sorting that out. What sucks is that while there have been power cuts because of that issue, the regular unscheduled "load-shedding" power cuts still happen, so there's a chance of having two power cuts on the same day. No idea when the transformer problem will be solved, but I am doing my best to work through the disruptions so please sit tight.
